BioI'm Brittany. I'm a Senior at WWT and Im the shit.
It's being outside, in the water, and having half of the practice done before the sun even comes up.
It's being with your team more than your family or anyone else.
It's considering 6:30 sleeping in after all of those 5:00 practices.
It's your coach deciding that getting up at 4:00 for practice will be fun (heck, then 5:00 is sleeping in).
It's goggle rimmed, blood shot eyes.
It's always having swimmer ear.
It's putting up with the dumb question about why you drink so much water when you swim.
It's putting in a full day before the rest of your friends are even awake.
It's the Lick and Sniff.
It's owning more swim suits than actual clothing.
It's knowing you work 10 times harder than any other sport.
It's having green, shiny hair.
It's not shaving for weeks on end.
It's that shakey, weak feeling you get after swimming your heart out.
It's swimming even if the heater's broken.
It's flip flop, one piece, and cap tanlines year round.
